International Shipping: We offer global shipping for our customers.

Shipping Location: Our products are shipped from our warehouse in Oslo.

Order Changes and Cancellations: To ensure prompt delivery, we encourage you to submit cancellations within 12 hours from the time of order. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any requests for changes or cancellations after this time window. Products can be returned for a full refund upon receipt, according to our return policy.

Payment Options: We accept a variety of payment methods, including all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

Order Processing: Orders are processed during normal working hours from Monday to Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment. Note that processing times may be longer during holidays and sale periods.

Delivery Time: Once your order is shipped, you should expect to receive it within 1-3 business days for domestic shipments.

Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Goods: If you receive incorrect, missing, or damaged goods, please contact us immediately with relevant information and evidence (including photos) at versilastore@gmail.com. We are committed to addressing such incidents promptly.

Refunds: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. For payments made by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card used for the purchase within 7-10 business days after the refund has been processed.
